Yes, any remaining balance on your account will be refunded after your account is terminated. Due to the volume of accounts, this process may take an extended amount of time. To expedite the refunds, please verify that the email address and credit card on your Tropo account are both current. Refunds will first be processed for accounts with the largest balances and those that have made payments within the last 12 months.
