Forums
Posting a ticket in the forums is usually the best option and generates the most rapid response. The forums are populated by many other Tropo developers actively participating in discussions - as well as watched by Tropo engineers for the harder, more in depth questions. You also have the option to open a private support ticket if your question contains potentially sensitive information (such as phone numbers or tokens) that you don't want to share.

IRC is another great way to get support; at any given time you might find Tropo engineers, support staff and members of our developer community talking about Tropo - even in the wee hours of the morning (in every timezone no less). Feel free to come in and ask questions whenever you like.
IRC Chatsupport@tropo.com is also available and in some instances is the only method usable (when you're on the go and only have a smart phone to work with), but emails can potentially encounter a variety of delivery obstacles. If the email never makes it to us, your question goes unanswered, and we'd hate to see that. As such, you may want to consider posting to the forums directly to ensure you question gets seen by people who can help.
